Midtown Athletic Club in Bannockburn, IL seeks a Junior Tennis Programs Supervisor to lead daily execution for the Junior Development Program and support racquet sports team alignment. This salaried supervisor role focuses on execution and leadership on the floor, ensuring a smooth program and an engaging member experience.

You’ll coach the program team, manage scheduling and pathways, and respond quickly to any operational issues to maintain Midtown standards and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience in racquet sports operations.

Responsibilities

Support daily execution of racquet sports programming across lessons, events, and competitions.
