Invited’s Hackberry Creek Country Club in Irving, TX seeks a Director of Racquet Sports to oversee tennis, pickleball and squash. You will design and promote programs, coach clinics, and drive memberships while leading a team of racquet staff.

The role emphasizes outstanding member service, program development for all ages, and budget oversight. As Director, you will ensure facilities meet safety and quality standards, organize events, and develop engaging experiences that retain current members

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Recreation, Physical Education, or related field.
At least 4 years in racquet sports programming/management (tennis, pickleball, squash).
At least 3 years running group clinics or lessons for varied ages.
Minimum 2 years organizing social member events.
Certification from a pickleball org (PPA/USPTA/PTR) with 4.5+ playing ability.

Responsibilities

Oversee tennis, pickleball, and squash programs for all ages and skill levels.
Lead clinics, private lessons, and interclub events with a focus on member engagement.
Recruit, coach, and develop racquet staff; uphold service standards.
Promote racquet memberships and market events with the Member Relations team.
Manage budgets, facilities, safety, and daily operations to meet goals.
Collaborate to ensure premium member experiences and club values.
