Job summary

The Clubs of Kingwood seeks a Director of Racquet Sports to lead tennis, pickleball, and squash programs for all ages, delivering outstanding member service and club experience. You will mentor staff, organize clinics and events, promote memberships, and partner with membership relations to grow participation.

A Bachelor's in Sports Management and 4+ years in racquet programming, plus pickleball certification, are required. Join our private club culture to elevate facilities and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Recreation, Physical Education, or related field.
• 4+ years racquet sports programming/management.
• 3+ years group clinics or lessons for all ages.
• 2 years social events organization.
• Certification from pickleball organization (PPA/USPTA/PTR) with 4.5+ playing ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tennis, pickleball, squash programs and staff.
• Organize racquet events, clinics, and lessons.
• Promote racquet memberships and market events.
• Maintain facilities and ensure safety and service standards.
• Prepare annual budget and manage financial goals.
