Job summary

Pioneer Metal Finishing in Monroe, MI is seeking a hands-on Racker to join our fast-paced manufacturing team on 1st–3rd shifts. You will rack, un-rack, and package customer parts, while ensuring safe handling and accurate recordkeeping.

The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and teamwork in a leading North American surface finishing company with over 75 years of industry experience. We offer daily pay options and meaningful benefits after hire.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates welcome; no prior manufacturing experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Rack, un-rack, and package customer parts according to work orders.

• Follow all safety procedures while working around industrial equipment and chemicals.

Manufacturing / Production Opportunity + Voluntary Overtime is Available!

1st Shift (700 AM - 300 PM, Monday-Friday)

2nd Shift (Shift Differential .75hr / 300 PM - 1100 PM, Monday-Friday)

3rd Shift (Shift Differential $1.50hr / 1100 PM - 700 AM, Monday-Friday)

Pay starting at $15.00/hour. Performance/Pay Review after 90 days + Same Day Pay.

As a Racker, you will
