Job summary

Elm Plating Company in Jackson, MI is seeking a Production Floater for the 3rd shift to rack aluminum parts and follow the production schedule. Work hours are Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 p.m.–7:00 a.m., with starting pay of $13.73 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential and benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow written work instructions.
• Attention to detail and quality is a must.
• Must have good hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity skills.
• Must maintain prompt and regular attendance.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of management and plant employees both verbally and in written form.
• Position requires significant standing, and ability to bend, squat and move frequently throughout the day.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
• Understands the environmental directives of EPC.
• Understands the environmental impact of their division.
