Job summary

Pioneer Metal Finishing is seeking a reliable team member to assist with rack, un-rack, and packaging of parts per work orders. You will ensure proper handling to prevent damage and help maintain a safe, organized work area.

Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, visually inspecting products for non-conformances, recording rack/unrack details, and following safety procedures when handling hazardous materials. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to rack, un-rack and package parts per the work order.
• Handle customer products and tooling to avoid damage.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and organized manner.

• Visually inspect product prior to racking and report any non-conformances.
• Record necessary racking/un-racking information on the work order.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment.

• Rack, un-rack and package customer parts per the work order.
• Ensure all customer products and tooling is handled properly to avoid damage.
• Monitors all equipment to ensure they are performing and calibrated properly.
• Visually inspects product prior to racking while notifying the Team Leader/Supervisor of any non-conformances.
• Records necessary racking and un-racking information on work order.
• Works safely at all times and complies with all safety regulations while working with Hazardous materials and chemicals.
• Maintains equipment and work area in a clean and organized manner.
• Works with a positive attitude and reports all questions or problems to the Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Performs other miscellaneous job duties and related functions as needed.
