Pioneer Metal Finishing is a leading surface engineering company in North America seeking a Production Racker / Un-Racker. You will rack and un-rack parts, package items, visually inspect for quality, and document operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds and handle heavy parts safely.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency.
• Ability to distinguish variations in color for quality checks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Safety-minded, with a proactive approach to PPE and procedures.
• Willingness to wear required PPE and work with others.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Rack, un-rack, and package customer parts according to work-order instructions
• Handle customer products and tooling carefully to prevent damage
• Visually inspect parts before racking and report any quality concerns
• Record required racking and un-racking information accurately
• Monitor equipment to ensure it is operating and calibrated properly
• Keep equipment and work areas clean, safe, and organized
• Follow all safety procedures when working around chemicals and hazardous materials
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate questions or concerns to the Team Leader or Supervisor
• Assist with other production duties as needed

Production Racker / Un-Racker

Are you dependable, safety-minded, and ready to work with a team? We're looking for a Production Racker / Un-Racker to prepare, handle, inspect, and package customer parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This hands-on position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality, enjoys staying active, and understands that every part matters.

What You'll Do
