Job summary

Walmart is expanding its team with a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician role located in Marshfield, MO. The technician will maintain and repair refrigeration and HVAC systems across Walmart facilities, utilizing a range of tools and equipment and responding to emergency repairs as needed.

A high school diploma, 2 years of relevant experience, and EPA refrigerant certification are required. The position offers a base pay range of $56,160 to $106,080 per year, plus a $2,000 sign-on

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• EPA Certification Type I/II or Universal for refrigerant handling.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean MVR.
• 18+ years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment.
• Use the work order system to receive and document repair work orders.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues and implement fixes.
• Complete training to operate equipment safely.
• Follow OSHA and EPA regulations per Walmart safety policies.
