Arista Networks, Inc. is seeking a Senior Commodity Manager, Rack Integration to lead strategic sourcing for a new product segment.

You will collaborate with product management, demand planning, supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics to meet customer requirements and accelerate time to market. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, contract negotiations, cost modeling, capacity planning, and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations or Engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a networking environment with mechanical commodity and material management.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, external partners, and sales/customers.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and maintain strategic sourcing strategy for Arista’s Rack Integration to support customer and company requirements.
• Own the RFP process, proposal evaluation and supplier assessment, and supplier selection.
• Manage the relationship with key Rack Integration partners as well as material suppliers.
• Coordinate with product management, engineering, material, and integration partners to assure timely delivery of prototypes and production units.
• Lead capacity planning and capex rollout with NPIs engineers.
• Negotiate cost models for suppliers including hard and soft requirements within TAC and TOC.
• Identify and deliver opportunities for cost reduction.
• Lead contract negotiations (SOWs, MPAs, LTAs, Development Agreements).
• Ensure performance measures (Technology, Quality, Cost, Delivery) and report via regular QBRs.
• Work with site supply chain leads to manage supplier relationships across Arista.
