Job summary

Ford Racing is seeking a program manager to join the team in Michigan. You will own BOM setup and CAD population, ensuring engineering content is captured and maintained through WERS and Production P-release.

You will prepare Chief Program Engineer reviews and manage action items to closure. You will lead change control, manage studies, and partner with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, finance, and program management to surface risks early and drive alignment for readiness.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Engineering or related field with PM/technical experience.
• Experience with Ford engineering/program systems (WERS, FEDEBOM, 3DX/CAD).
• Strong org skills and attention to BOM, CAD, and change data.
• Ability to drive cross-functional tasks to closure without direct authority.
• Clear written and oral communication for decision forums and reviews.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, shifting environment.

Responsibilities

• Own BOM setup and CAD population activities, ensuring engineering content is captured and maintained in WERS and Production P-release.
• Prepare and support Chief Program Engineer reviews, track actions, decisions, and follow-ups to closure.
• Manage change control processes and FEDE support to protect program timing and quality.
• Lead complexity and capacity studies, including PAT and VO studies for feasibility and sourcing.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Finance, and Program Management to surface risks early and align readiness.
