Pratt Miller Motorsports in New Hudson, Michigan, is seeking a Race Team Technical Operations Lead to manage planning, coordination, and tracking for a two-car IMSA GTD Pro program, with travel to race events and testing.

Reporting to the Team Manager, you will collaborate with Car Chiefs and Race Engineers to ensure readiness, document TGWs, maintain SOPs, and drive technical improvements across multiple departments.

Competenze

• Requires strong mechanical and technical understanding of professional race vehicles and their prep.
• Experience coordinating technical preparation, component management, or race-team operations.
• Valid driver's license for travel and operations.

Mansioni

• Lead development and maintenance of race/test preparation worklists with Team Manager, Race Engineers, and Car Chiefs.
• Monitor preparation activities and ensure completion within timelines.
• Coordinate preparation schedules and readiness checklists; identify dependencies and risks.
• Translate TGW findings into defined prep tasks for subsequent events.
• Participate in meetings to communicate status and priorities.
• Travel with IMSA race team to events, providing trackside support and assistance.
