The candidate should have a strong motorsport background, vehicle dynamics knowledge, and experience with data analysis and simulations to support decision making. Collaboration across teams and the ability to operate under tight schedules are essential.

Formación

• BS in engineering or other advanced technical background.
• Background in motorsport with 5 years of experience.
• Ability to review experimental and simulation results to support decision making.
• Familiarity with vehicle simulation and modeling, and strong cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and execute event-related objectives with the engineering team.
• Analyze vehicle data and run simulations to improve race performance.
• Manage and document work related to vehicle performance and race strategy.
• Coordinate with trackside and remote support resources; communicate updates.
• Support offsite testing and development initiatives as needed.
