Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience with CAE tools such as Nastran, HyperWorks, ANSA.
Proficiency in MATLAB and/or Python scripting.
Strong NVH fundamentals and modal analysis knowledge.
Excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced development environment.
Willingness to work on-site in Allen Park, MI and adapt to schedule.

Responsibilities

Lead full vehicle simulation process—from model build to issue resolution.
Collaborate with attribute and functional engineering teams across the development cycle.
Analyze NVH performance and drive problem solving using CAE tools.
Support integration of CAE results into vehicle development workflows.
