Qualifications

• Proficiency in analog and digital circuit design and SMD PCB assembly or rework.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the vehicle's 12V electrical architecture: power distribution, grounding, protection, wiring, sensors, actuators, control modules, data logging.
• Diagnose faults using schematics, measurements, and data logs; reproduce issues and document root cause.
• Design low-voltage wiring harnesses and specify harness/connectors.
• Design PCBs using industry-standard software and consider PCB production methods.
• Set up vehicle systems with motorsport control software and related PDM tools.
• Turn field failures into test plans with defined hypotheses and results.
• Wire and integrate instrumentation and actuation for test systems; develop fixtures for realistic testing.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade test machines and data acquisition systems.
