Job summary

Ford Racing is seeking a Chassis Design & Release Supervisor for Brake Systems & Frames to lead design and release of suspension components across Ford Racing programs.

The role requires 5+ years in chassis design/release, strong leadership of engineering teams, and collaboration with Ford Racing Vehicle Engineering, Chassis, and supplier networks to deliver robust, high-performance chassis solutions. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in chassis design and release for suspension members.
• Demonstrated experience with leading Chassis Engineering teams on multiple concurrent programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and release responsibility for Ford Racing suspension components including controls arms, links, chassis tunable components.
• Lead engineers in delivering engineering program gateways with high engineering excellence for FMEA and design analysis.
• Manage Tier 1-3 suppliers to meet Ford requirements for system and component design and program timing.
