ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Mix and serve alcoholic beverages and/or non‑alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures.
• Follow all operating procedures, safety and sanitation regulations and departmental policies and procedures.
• Accurately handle various forms of cash transactions, decision‑making, problem solving, complaint resolution, and customer service.
• Ensure appearance of bar and lounge are maintained in a clean and functional manner.
• Demonstrate an upbeat and outgoing demeanor while on duty.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, internal policies/procedures, and internal control protocols.
• Promote outstanding customer relations.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned by reporting senior.
