Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and garbage removal in restrooms and common areas.
• Do grounds keeping: sweeping, mowing, trimming grass and edges.
• Load, unload, lift, and move materials as needed.
• Repair and maintain track equipment used in grounds keeping.
• Repair and maintain buildings and equipment as needed.
• Operate forklift, front loader, or other vehicles.
• Maintain a safe working area.
• No travel required.
