West Virginia Lottery is seeking an auditor to be based at Mountaineer Racetrack. The role conducts field audits, reviews documentation, and evaluates internal controls for gaming operations, while coordinating with Lottery headquarters.

Duties include answering player questions, disseminating regulatory information at the racetrack, attending meetings, and using Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with at least 18 semester hours in accounting.
• Three years of full-time or equivalent accounting/auditing experience.
• Public accountant certification/registration in WV may substitute for training and two years of experience.

Aufgaben

• Conduct field audits, examine documentation and evaluate internal controls for table games and wagering.
• Coordinate communication with Lottery HQ and answer player questions and complaints at the racetrack.
• Perform work using Excel and Word; may work varying schedules and travel to assigned racetrack.
