Responsibilities

• Supervise, communicate, and coach drivers while on site to improve customer service and safety
• Coordinate and dispatch drivers domiciled at the racetrack you reside
• Balance trips and assign drivers to customers for optimal utilization
• Assist in driver performance appraisal and address complaints
• Notify agents of truck location and trip changes to ensure timely execution
