Job summary

NASCAR seeks a talented professional to join as Technical Inspector I. You will inspect race vehicles for compliance with NASCAR rules and guide competitors through proper procedures for race events.

Work with a team at assigned inspection stations, assist with equipment setup and teardown, and maintain gear for future events. Travel up to 90% to support major race weekends and ensure safety and fairness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years related experience or training or equivalent.
• Proficient in company software and hardware.
• Valid Driver License required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Inspect race vehicles for compliance with NASCAR rules at assigned stations.
• Perform initial through post-race inspections.
• Assist in setup and teardown of inspection equipment.
• Use standard technology to capture inspection infractions.
• Maintain and store inspection equipment for future events.
• Communicate effectively with crew chiefs and Race Control.
• Assist with vehicle transport and crowd/credential control as needed.
• Travel approximately 90% to support events.
