Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee packet pickup logistics for all events.
• Assist with race-day course setup and takedown.
• Manage event inventory, packing, transporting, and restocking items.
• Help maintain organized storage of race equipment and supplies.
• Provide general operational support before, during, and after each event.
• Follow safety standards and city policies to ensure a safe environment.
