Job summary

Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course is seeking responsible staff to maintain clean facilities and support daily horse-racing operations. You will assist with stall assignments, maintain records, and help horsemen with maintenance requests.

The role requires physical labor and adherence to safety rules; applicants should meet appearance standards and be ready to work in a fast-paced environment at the Mahoning Valley racetrack.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform manual labor and operate basic tools.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Professional appearance as prescribed by company policy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, neat, and sanitary work area.
• Assist Racing Secretary with stall assignments and related tasks.
• Maintain records of stalls and ensure horses are quartered in assigned stalls.
• Assist horsemen with maintenance requests and other duties as needed.
• Coordinate walker assignments and payments, plus tack room assignments and payments.
• Ensure receiving barn is prepared for daily operations.
