Upbound Group Inc. is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst - FP&A to own RAC expense planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and business support.

The role partners with Operations, Accounting, HR, Risk, Marketing, and Digital Technology to validate assumptions and drive EBITDA performance. Responsibilities include forecasting across labor, benefits, fleet, insurance, and other store operating costs, maintaining expense models, and delivering executive-ready insights to support financial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA designation is a plus.
• Minimum of 4+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, operations finance, accounting, or related analytical role.
• Strong expense forecasting and variance analysis experience with ownership of a meaningful expense portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Own RAC expense forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis across major operating expense categories.
• Maintain and enhance expense models for labor and fleet/delivery costs.
• Prepare monthly close, forecast, budget, and long-range plan analyses.
