Job summary

Park Place of Elmhurst is seeking a Resident Assistant (RA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Registry PRN to provide resident care per physician orders and established standards. Join a five‑star community offering lifecare on campus across from Edward Elmhurst hospital.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, documenting care, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for residents; current Illinois CNA certification required.

Here at Park Place of Elmhurst, we offer a continuum of care with the security of lifecare. Our residents also have access to assisted living, short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and memory support right on campus. We are seeking a hardworking professional Resident Assistant (RA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Registry PRN. Park Place of Elmhurst is a member of the Providence Life Services family where we are committed to enhancing the lives of those we serve!

One must be available to work one weekend per month & work 2 Holidays per year.

Key Responsibilities:

Park Place of Elmhurst is seeking RA's & CNA's to provide resident care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with established standards, and administrative policies. Maintaining accurate and complete records of care. Performs all functions in compliance with CDC, OSHA, JCAHO, State and Federal Regulatory bodies. Communicates and interprets the goals of care to the resident and family/caregiver.

• Assist in toileting, bathing, and daily grooming of assigned residents.

Requirements

• Previous experience in long-term care is a plus.
