Job summary

Mars Global Services Finance North America seeks an experienced accounting professional to own end-to-end accounting and reporting activities for US-based brands, ensuring accuracy under US GAAP and adherence to PACS.

The role leads period-end processes, balance sheet analysis, internal controls, and collaboration with corporate controllership to implement reporting enhancements, automation, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting.
• CPA/MBA a plus.
• Master’s degree in Accounting a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize work activities and resources for accounting, reporting and period close for our most complex business.
• Facilitate communications across MGSF teams and business units to meet service levels.
• Lead closing and reporting improvements and present to senior management as required.
• Lead special projects and analyses; support digital initiatives and process improvements.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and provide technical accounting recommendations.
