We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of facilities, performing cleaning tasks, and ensuring rooms and common areas are tidy and presentable. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and a strong work ethic.

What you're great at:

• Entering and preparing rooms for cleaning
• Performing dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, remaking beds, cleaning closets, etc., following standard procedures
• Replenishing guestroom and bath supplies
• Performing rotation cleaning duties (e.g., steam-clean carpets, spring cleaning, deep cleaning)
• Anticipating guests’ needs, responding promptly, and maintaining positive guest relations
• Familiarity with resort services/features and local attractions to assist guests
• Responding to guest calls, requests, and complaints
• Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Updating room cleaning status on the assignment sheet
• Restocking the cart at the end of the shift
• Achieving and exceeding guest satisfaction scores
• Assisting team members as needed
• Performing all other duties as assigned
