We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities, focusing on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime and ensure safety. If you have a strong maintenance background and are passionate about providing exceptional service, we encourage you to apply.

What you’re great at:

• Maintaining the property according to standard operating procedures
• Determining necessary materials, equipment, and supplies
• Ordering supplies promptly to complete projects
• Performing general repairs such as painting, patching walls, security hardware, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, filter maintenance, and landscaping
• Coordinating, inspecting, operating, and maintaining heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
• Performing other duties as assigned
