We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform various maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. Your primary focus will be on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems to minimize downtime and ensure safety. If you have a strong background in maintenance and are passionate about providing exceptional service, we would love for you to join us.

What you’re great at:

- Maintaining the upkeep of the property based on standard operating procedures.

- Determining the materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete tasks.

- Ordering supplies promptly to complete projects.

- Performing general repairs such as painting, constructing/patching walls, security hardware, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, filter maintenance, and landscaping.

- Coordinating or inspecting, operating, and maintaining heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.

- Performing all other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
• Good driving record free of significant violations

Experience in timeshare resort maintenance is a plus.

Knowledge of essential maintenance and power tools and the ability to use them.

Able to multi-task and handle all maintenance issues effectively.
