Job summary

Capital Vacations is hiring a Common Area Attendant to maintain clean, welcoming spaces for guests and staff at our Branson resort. You will ensure a safe, professional environment and support daily operations with attention to detail.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and flexibility in scheduling. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility needed for scheduling purposes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and friendly atmosphere for guests and staff.
• Reflect a confident, professional image of the resort.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures and safety measures.
• Keep designated areas clean and orderly; follow safety precautions.
• Mop and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed (bulbs, filters).

What you're great at:

• Responsibilities listed may not apply to all locations
• Maintains a level of confidence and professionalism and reflects a positive image of our Resort and staff
• Adheres to all policies and procedures
• Knows of and maintains all safety measures, occupational hazards, and precautions that may apply
• Maintains and cleans all designated areas
• Mops and vacuums floors
• Performs minor maintenance duties, such as changing light bulbs, filters, etc.
• Manages storage and supplies, notifying manager when stock is low
• All other duties as assigned
