Our Silica R&I team, composed of 60 people, is integrated in the Silica Business Strategy & Innovation department and focuses on tire innovation products, process improvements and environmental footprint reduction, in collaboration with GBU Technology, Manufacturing and Industrial Functions.
As an R&I Process Engineer, you will work on circularity, alternative & renewable raw materials, and carbon‑neutral process improvements to support the development and industrialization of sustainable silica solutions. Relevant education degree or equivalent in Process Engineering or Chemical Engineering . Relevant work experience in industrial process environments (5-10+ years).

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is 53840 - 67300 per year in France.
