Our team, part of Keysight Laboratories’ High Frequency Technology Center (HFTC), builds and supports hardware and software solutions that electrically test Process Control Monitors (PCM’s) on wafers made in Keysight’s Santa Rosa wafer fabrication facilities. HFTC’s ability to rapidly innovate and deliver the world’s best high‑frequency technology provides fundamental differentiation for electronic measurement products. The responsibility of a R&D Test Engineering Technician is to help facilitate rapid data acquisition of electrical performance of on‑wafer PCM’s, ensuring first‑pass, quality data is sent to our Integration Engineering Team. Test Technicians are the first line of defense during test, responding first to operator test issues, coordinating testing order, and ensuring recipe and system health.

This role requires an in‑person, hands‑on engineer who can physically work with the test systems in Santa Rosa, CA.
This position requires access to certain goods, software, technology, or technical data subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations.
