Job summary

You will analyze, test, and assist in the development of TE products, building test setups, evaluating data, and documenting results. Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• 1-3 years in product testing or related field.
• Proficiency in soldering techniques.
• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hands-on ability.
• Proficient in MS Office; MS Project a plus.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking.
• Team player with adaptability.
• US citizenship or permanent residency required due to ITAR restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct electrical, mechanical, and environmental testing on TE products.
• Prepare samples using hand tools and soldering techniques.
• Build test setups and equipment from drawings and diagrams.
• Utilize mechanical measuring devices for assembly and verification.
• Operate electronic testing equipment and power supplies.
• Review and summarize test data.
• Write comprehensive test documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with internal product and development engineers.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ITAR/EAR requirements.
