Job summary

Magnit Global in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a technically skilled manufacturing specialist to manage non-standard orders, define workflows, and drive metrology-driven improvements on the factory floor.

You will design photomask layouts, develop measurement routines, and train operators while collaborating with engineers to raise manufacturability and yield.

Qualifications

• AA/AS or higher in a technical field.
• Familiarity with GD&T and practical metrology principles.
• Knowledge of SPC and manufacturing statistics.
• Experience with Siemens NX CAD software.
• Background in photochemical machining, PCB, or semiconductor fabrication.
• Proficiency with vision measurement tools (Keyence, Nikon, OGP, Zygo, etc.).
• Understanding of basic chemistry and process control.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize a queue of non-standard orders, providing clear updates and owning delivery timelines.
• Evaluate order requirements and define manufacturing workflows.

• Develop and maintain libraries of measurement routines across a variety of metrology platforms.
• Analyze measurement data and offer manufacturability recommendations to engineers.

• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives—from data collection and analysis to process documentation.
