Watkins Wellness is seeking an R&D Technician to join our Engineering team in Minnesota. This position focuses on hands-on product testing and validation, primarily for sauna heaters, to ensure quality and safety standards. You will work closely with product development, engineering, and manufacturing to support testing and documentation throughout the product lifecycle.

As an R&D Technician, you’ll play a key role in bringing new products to life through testing, data analysis, and collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams. This role supports product development efforts for Sauna360, where you’ll help test and validate sauna heaters and related components to ensure they meet performance, safety, and reliability standards. You’ll spend much of your time in the lab conducting tests, documenting results, and ensuring products are ready to move confidently into production.You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams—helping answer production questions, support bill of material updates, and contribute to technical documentation and testing standards.
