Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical/Plastics Engineering, Materials Science or related field.
• At least sophomore year with a minimum major GPA of 3.0.
• Prior laboratory experience is a plus.
• Strong laboratory techniques and commitment to safe practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly, work independently, and collaborate in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with statistical software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Devcon and Plexus products.
• Assist chemists in formulating lab-scale sample batches.
• Contribute to design and development of new adhesives and coating products.
• Prepare and test specimens to characterize product properties and performance.
• Support testing, data collection, and customer interactions on projects.
