ebm-papst Inc. seeks a proactive Technical Project Manager (R&D Product Owner) to oversee technical dimensions of projects in a leading engineering environment. You’ll manage challenges, align with customers, and report KPI progress to general PMs.

This non-IT role emphasizes technical oversight, multi-team collaboration, and effective stakeholder communication to deliver high standards and innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field; PMP preferred.
• At least 3 years in project management within a technical environment.
• Strong analytical and risk-management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across departments.
• Proven leadership in coordinating technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all technical aspects from initiation to execution, aligning with specs and customer needs.
• Coordinate across engineering and project teams to meet milestones to release.
• Regularly report progress and communicate technical results to PMs.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation with the team.
• Ensure quality controls and compliance with guidelines.
• Serve as R&D liaison to stakeholders and translate tech info for non-technical audiences.
• Analyze outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
