Jobot is seeking a leader to head a high-impact R&D Tax Credits practice in the United States. You will advise innovative clients, mentor top talent, drive business growth, and apply your technical expertise in a flexible, collaborative environment with significant leadership visibility.

The role offers a hybrid work environment with a salary in the $200,000–$230,000 range plus discretionary bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead federal and state R&D Tax Credit studies across multiple industries
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert on IRC Section 41 and related tax credit regulations
• Identify, evaluate, and document qualifying research activities and expenditures
• Scope prospective engagements and assess potential credit opportunities
• Conduct and oversee technical interviews with engineers, developers, scientists, and client personnel
• Lead quantitative analyses of qualified research expenses, including wages, supplies, and contract research costs
• Review tax credit calculations, workpapers, narratives, technical memorandums, and client deliverables
• Develop and review technical documentation supporting credit claims and substantiation
