Job summary

KPMG is seeking a Tax Senior Associate in Atlanta to join the Accounting Methods and Credit Services practice. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams on R&D tax credit consulting, interview clients, perform tax technical research, and gain industry expertise.

You will communicate with client personnel, manage multiple projects, draft opinions and IRS submissions, and contribute to a collaborative, development-focused culture with formal training and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of recent tax experience in public accounting or corporate taxation.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client interviews and discussions to gather R&D tax credit information.
• Coordinate multiple projects, including client interviews, computations, and data gathering.
• Draft opinions, IRS responses, and technical memoranda for tax credits.
