Neogen Corporation is seeking an R&D Manager, Systems Engineering in Oakdale, MN. You will lead a 3–6 person team across mechanical and electrical engineering, applying systems engineering across new product development and sustaining engineering.

The role emphasizes architecture, requirements, traceability, interface management, and risk‑driven decision making within the Instrumentation and Software R&D organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
• Progressive experience in multidisciplinary product development.
• Experience with hardware, software, firmware, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Hands‑on experience with system architecture and design.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a 3–6 person multidisciplinary systems engineering team.
• Define architectures, requirements, and traceability across domains.
• Plan and execute system integration, verification, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with Product, Portfolio, Software, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams.
• Drive risk management and design reviews with cross‑functional partners.
• Foster continuous improvement in systems engineering practices.
