Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience supporting Clinical, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Research, or Drug Safety in life sciences.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or life sciences industries.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva platforms and applications.
• Familiarity with GxP-regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand processes, requirements, and data flows.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Create and maintain software lifecycle and system documentation.
• Partner with R&D, Infrastructure, Validation, QA, and external vendors.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and releases.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate support activities.
• Lead data migration and data curation across R&D units.
• Identify gaps and recommend technology solutions and improvements.
• Coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and third parties.
• Balance strategic projects with operational support and releases.
• Ensure regulatory, cybersecurity, SOP, and policy compliance.
• Support FDA computer system validation and compliance activities.
