Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 8 years of related experience.
• 3+ years demonstrated leadership experience with at least 2 years within the ND enterprise
• Active DOE Q clearance or equivalent security clearance
• Ability to obtain and maintain Sigma 14 and 15 access

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, mentor staff and manage performance.
• Guide cross-team collaboration across multidisciplinary technology areas.
• Set department strategy and communicate progress with customers, partners, and leadership.
• Assess work quality and staff performance against mission needs and customer expectations.
• Travel up to ~25% to Amarillo, TX for coordination.
