Solventum is seeking a Sr. Manager, Strategic R&D Operations to serve as a strategic partner to the VP of R&D and lead cross-functional initiatives across global teams in a hybrid US/Eagan setting.

You will drive execution of strategic priorities, support financial planning, and help shape organizational performance through metrics and executive reporting. This role requires extensive experience in R&D operations within regulated environments and strong change leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Science or related field with 10 years in R&D, Operations, Engineering, PMO, Strategy or Business Management.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with financial planning, resource management, organizational performance measurement or executive reporting.
• Master’s degree from accredited institution preferred (MBA/Engineering/Science).
• Experience in medical device, healthcare or other regulated environment preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, change leadership, executive communication and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Partner with VP of R&D and Dental Solutions leadership to advance strategic priorities, annual plans and objectives.
• Translate strategy into action by leading cross-functional initiatives and operating model improvements.
• Lead business reviews, organizational metrics and executive reporting for visibility and accountability.
• Support financial planning, resource allocation, and long-term laboratory capability planning across global sites.
• Connect leaders and global teams to align priorities and drive operational excellence.
