Job summary

Castle Biosciences is seeking a full-time R&D Senior Scientist to join our Friendswood, TX (or Pittsburgh, PA) team. You will drive generation and communication of scientific evidence for dermatologic oncology products, collaborating with R&D, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Program Management, and Data Analytics to translate complex data into insights that inform patient care and business strategy.

• PhD in life sciences or master’s with 5+ years industry experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience generating scientific deliverables (abstracts, posters, talks) and publication processes.
• Experience with clinical data analysis and statistics.

• Generate and communicate scientific evidence supporting dermatologic oncology products.
• Analyze and visualize data; develop publications and presentations.
