Job summary

24-hour HR Process Outsourcing Incorporated invites a qualified laboratory analyst to join its Plano Global R&D facility. The role supports the Measurement Sciences team by analyzing dietary fiber, starch/sugars, protein, and related components, with a focus on high-throughput workflows and GLP-compliant data handling.

Responsibilities include extensive sample prep, instrument operation (HPLC/GC-MS/IC), data recording in LIMS, and coordination with management to ensure timely results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field with 2+ years in a lab.
• HPLC/GC-MS/IC operation experience preferred.
• Strong attention to accuracy and ability to prioritize tasks to deliver timely results.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume, labor-intensive sample preparation (30+ samples/day).
• Support fiber analysis and manage parallel fiber analysis runs across two instruments.
• Prepare and maintain chemicals, solutions, and equipment for analyses.
• Process submitted samples into forms ready for analysis (milling).
• Follow SOPs to determine dietary fiber contents, protein, ash, fat, and moisture.
• Document testing data in online systems and report results accurately.
