Job summary

Meso Scale Diagnostics LLC is seeking a Bioanalytical Associate to support sample testing and method validation projects in a laboratory setting. The role involves executing various assays at relatively high throughput under supervision, with emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities include performing analyses, method validations, reagent qualifications, and meticulous documentation per GDP/GLP/GCLP standards, while maintaining lab equipment and inventory, and ensuring safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or related science is required.
• BSL-2 techniques training and experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with immunoassays/ligand-binding assays is preferred.
• Training in GLP and/or GCLP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform sample analysis under supervision and in consultation with Bioanalytical Principal Investigator (BPI).
• Perform method validation testing under supervision and in consultation with BPI.
• Perform lot qualification of assay reagents under supervision.
• Complete test records in compliance with GDP/GLP/GCLP and SOPs.
• Peer review test records for GDP compliance.
• Perform sample aliquoting.
• General maintenance of lab equipment.
• Materials/reagent inventory management.
• Adhere to laboratory safety policies and PPE usage.
• Adhere to GLP/GCLP principles.
