We’re seeking an experienced R&D Project/Program Manager to join a groundbreaking Stanford spinoff based in Palo Alto. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about pre-clinical research and working in a dynamic, high-impact environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage internal and government projects, including those funded by BARDA
• Oversee grants, budgets, and deliverables for pre-clinical research projects
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership, including the Head of Operations, CSO, and CEO
• Support the transition from pre-clinical to clinical trials, including preparation for IND filing
• Contribute to the development of cutting-edge influenza research
• Manage the execution of projects related to pan-influenza therapies
• Play a crucial role in a potential $300M trial

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of project management experience (R&D or government-funded projects preferred)
• PhD or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific field
• Experience managing government grants or working with BARDA
• Familiarity with pre-clinical to clinical transition and IND filing
• PMP certification is a plus
• A passion for scientific innovation and working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
