Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in new product development or operational excellence, with PMP preferred. Travel about 10% is possible; the work is primarily in an office setting in Loveland, Colorado.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects in new product development, change management, or operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Create project plans and execute projects using PMO processes.
• Establish communication routines to update stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional relationships to improve efficiency and project execution.
• Facilitate escalations and collaborative issue resolution.
• Present milestones to steering committees and leadership.
