Job summary

Antech Diagnostics is seeking a Project/Product Management professional to lead multiple innovation and on-market projects aligned with our strategy. You will translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements, manage backlogs, and collaborate with PMO, technical leads and product managers to ensure governance and timely delivery.

You will use data to measure progress, define KPIs, and drive optimization. Domestic and international travel up to 20% is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience required.
• 1–2 years in technical program management or product management.
• Proficient with PM and collaboration tools.
• Strong strategic, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple innovation and on-market projects, aligning with strategy.
• Define scopes, user stories and backlogs; translate needs into requirements.
• Collaborate with PMO, tech leads and product managers for governance.
