Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in mechanical systems.
• Ability to travel approximately 10%.
• Experience transitioning R&D designs to production.

Responsibilities

• Take experimental R&D designs and re-engineer them for high-speed production.
• Develop and refine manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment specs.
• Work with R&D engineers, ballisticians, and manufacturing experts to solve design hurdles.
• Lead testing and qualification to meet Army performance standards.
