Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biological Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related technical field.
• Prefer 10+ years of experience in the life sciences, diagnostics, medical device, or related regulated industry.
• Prefer 5+ years of experience leading complex product development programs from concept through commercialization.
• Demonstrated experience applying design control processes and product lifecycle management within a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute next-generation automation programs.
• Drive program execution with timelines, budgets, risks, and leadership liaison between development teams and senior leadership.
• Apply DBS to develop program metrics, implement Daily Management, and drive DBS culture across product development.
• Demonstrate strong communication to manage status, escalations, and issues for executive understanding.
• Foster collaborative relationships across the organization to facilitate program execution and successful product releases.
